I really really need help...................?

i want to loose 5-10 pounds fast and i cant keep my mind off of food lately!! how can i keep my mind off of food??? i really really want to loose 5-10!!! plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

spend more time with your friends. go out and just have fun. you should drink some water curb your hunger. food itself isn't bad but you just need to learn good eating habits. for example, snack on a fruit or veggie instead of fat filled junk food and don't starve yourself because that will lower your metabolism. hope that helped :)
