What is the best diet plan?!


Question: What is the best diet plan!?
I have been on some kind of diet as long as I can rember but I cant lose weight I dont know it might be a medical thing or something!.Can someone recomend a diet plan that works!?

I have been having great success with Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet!.In fact I lost almost 12 lbs in the first 11 days which is more than the program promises!.The only problem of this diet is that is a bit boring and you might not be able to stay on the plan forever!.

Exercise:
3 days of cardio exercise per week (20 minutes)
3 days of weight training per week (45 minutes)
1 day off

Diet:
six small meals a day for six days
- one serving of protein
- one serving of complex carbs
- all the veggies you want
