I have been having great success with Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet!.In fact I lost almost 12 lbs in the first 11 days which is more than the program promises!.The only problem of this diet is that is a bit boring and you might not be able to stay on the plan forever!.

Eat smaller meals and more often and drink plenty of water!. Try to have a higher amount of carbs early in the day with some protein, decreasing your carb intake and increasing the protein intake!. Don't forget your fruits and veggies!. Start with a nice bowl of multi grain cereal and low fat milk, fruit for snack, tuna or egg salad sandwich for lunch, yogurt for snack, fish & veggies for dinner and end it with a handful of nuts for a snack!. Drink water throughout the day!. I'll have a glass of OJ (half orange juice/half water) if I want something sweet!. And of course!.!.!.exercise!. Brisk walking is the best, low impact but good workout!.

Remember, there are good carbs and there are bad carbs!. Good carbs are non-processed foods!.!.!.whole grain cereals, multi grain bread, sweet potatoes, etc!. Dairy is excellent, but opt for the low fat dairy products!. And avoid margarine!. It's one molecule away from being plastic!. Use butter instead, just in moderation!.

Drink lots of water and cut out carbs!.!.!.I know people don't always like the Atkins idea but when I first started it I lost 5 to 6 pounds a week!.!.!.!.eat meat, cheeses, dark veggies, things like that, no breads, pastas, or sweets, it worked wonders for me I lost 60 lbs!.
