Gotta have some fat to keep your skin and membranes and all that stuff working, as well as your, uhm, regularity!. No protein at all mean no muscles, but it would be nearly impossible to get no protein because even grains have some protein!. You could go virtually fat-free, and if your other choice were good, you could be very healthy!. But you really need some protein to build muscle, and you really need calcium for bones and teeth which would become weak and brittle, and it's just not good! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not for very long!. You have more nutritional requirements than just carbohydrates, you also need proteins, fats, minerals and a whole bunch of micro-nutrients like vitamins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
