I can't stop eating!!
Question: I can't stop eating!
I'm 15, 5' 9" and i weigh 118lb and I can't seem to stop eating and I don't do much exercise!. I'm worried that I'm going to start putting on weight, (but I haven't put on much weight lately)!. Does anyone know what I can do to eat less, like tips or anything, or to make me feel less 'hungry'!? Thanks! xWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably because you are very active, ur burning calories and u need food to have energy, that's the reason why you didn't gain weight!. If it's not like that, if u don't exercise and all!.!.!.than this is the first symptom that you are gonna gain weight!.!.!.!.so just stop a little it's hard but u have to try!. But don't starve ur self eat a big breakfast acoz if you don't ur gonna eat the whole day some junk and u'll still feel hungry!.

a lot of times, i eat because i'm bored, find something to keep your self bussy and it would be best if it's something that really grabs your attention!.
Also eathing things with high water content really helps (yes drinking water helps too, just make sure not to drink too much at one time)!.

Hun, you are very thin!. I don't think you have to worry!. You may be extra hungry because you are a little thin!. I would think you should weigh like 150!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
