Question: I'm still not losing weight (TEEN) !?
I took summer p!.e and I only lost baby fat around my chin area :[
im like 150 lbs and 14 and 5'5

Summer p!.e is over and I want to lose weight before school starts!.
My family buys fast foods and I dont know what to eat!.

What exercise can i do in the house !?

when ever you see the "fast food" at your house!.
no matter how tempted you get think about
your goal of getting in shape and looking good for your first day!.
you want to make a big/grand entrance and you see
your classmates at school once again!.
this is what i do every summer!.!. i wake up at 9:00 am and
run in my towns trails and sometimes the schools track!.
you run for an hour tops!.
[bringing your ipod helps extraaa]
and eat fresh veggies!.!. i knoe its toture but its been working
for me so far!. coz im 14 as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 12 and 165 or something i have the same problem but i ecersie so i would run 5 min lunges squats 5 min and do lots of push ups and sit ups it helps!!! all 5 min i lost 10 pounds in like 3 months from that its not allot but its better than loosing nothingWww@Answer-Health@Com
