Question: Does this sound like a well-balanced, healthy, and sustaining meal plan!? (:
okay i am running 2!.5 miles, 200 crunches, 40 leg lifts!.
then whatever (study for ACT, read for school)
and then i have a 4 hr practice outside!.


so ill get pretty decent exercise, and i need to get 1200 calories!. healthy stuff, but spread out and filling enough to keep me satisfied and full of energy all day long!. practice is 5-9pm so i cant eat a normal time dinner or after it!.

okay this is my idea (please suggest help/improvements!)

-11am 2 chicken tacos made with grilled chicken, two 70 calorie whole wheat tortilla shells, little fat free shredded cheese, little fat free sour cream
-1/2 cup of brown rice
-100 calorie cookie pack
so that would get me to about 600 calories!.

then 2 pm-fresh fruit salad made with blueberries, watermelon, grapes and a 90 calorie granola bar!.

then 3:30pm i dont know what to have!.!.!.maybe some cereal and skim milk!? and a banana!? this has to keep me full until the next day though!. i dont want to eat after 9pm practice because i have senior pictures saturday!.
