hey there, yes it is possible to lose a pound in a day, but permanently, I know you don't want to hear it, but for your own good, i have to tell you it really is not possible, nor would it be healthy

a pound - two pounds a week is somewhat reasonable and achievable, and can be done healthily by getting proper exercise (cardio - swimming/jogging/running etc) and eating healthily your 1200 calories a day!.

please keep an open mind, you gotta do whats right for your body and not ignore the advice of some people that are trying to help you here :)

it is possible but you will have 2 put your body through an intense cardio workout first of all u will need 2 drink the recomended 8 glasses of water each day wear a joging sut and run your *** of 4 about an hr the du juping jacks sit ups and push ups and just remember 2 keep drinking water it may look like you have gained weight at first but thats just because of all the water you have drank because you will b realy highdrated but just waight a wile untill u need 2 go 2 the bathroom and you should b loosing weight fast or just join wresoling we lose alot of weight fast in that sportWww@Answer-Health@Com

That is technically impossible unless you run the marathon every day!. (Marathons are 20 something miles long)!.!.!.!.

If it's not for a long period time, it's possible, but you should expect half of the weight to come off to be water!. You'll have to have a strict calorie reduction and do exercises that builds a steady sweat!. This isn't healthy, so please, don't keep this diet for any longer than a month!. If possible, don't keep this going for more than two weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not going to happen!.
There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat!.
To burn 3500 calories you would have to run fast for around 6-7hrs none stop, or cycle fast for 7hrs none stop!.

I heard running is great for losing weight!.
Its awesome cuz you lose weight ALL over your body!
