Short and effective Exercise routine?!


Question: Short and effective Exercise routine!?
I'm a HS student who is also a musician who performs!. I would love to be able to get fit, but I just dont have enough time balancing homework and the rest of life!. Are there any suggestions as to which routines could help me at lose half a pound a week!? i dont eat much, but as a kid who didnt like sports but loved snacking it kinda' just builds up!. I eat better and healthier now, and I have less of an appetite!. I just need to get the exercise part down!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it's kind of old now, but the Billy Blanks 8 minute tae-bo tape works really good!. I knew 2 different girls that were really heavy lose all their weight eating right and just doing the 8 minutes each day!. I've done it many times as well and it works great for me!. I have some solutions, but you have to choose one of them, because you don't have time for all!.

If you want to loose some weight and haven't enough time to combine cardio and weight training, just choose one of them!.

Cardio!. Your goal is not very difficult to achieve, so start with 15min cardio on veloergometer, running, or simethink you like!.
Do it 3 or 4 times a week, before you make your breakfast or 2 or 3 hours after you have eaten!.

Continue monitor your weight and if you don't loose weight make you cardio time 20min!.

Weight training!.
If you can do weight training and cardio this is good and also let you do your cardio after weight training!.

I will offer you two tipes of weight training!.

1) Do weight training 3 or 4 times and separate your body into 2 or 3 parts!.

Every training day train particular part of your body - for example: legs or back, arms!.

2) Do circle weight training 3 times a week!.

Circle training is when you train whole body in one training!.
Try to make one exercise for muscle group in one set!.

Example: 1 set of exercise for back, little rest, 1 set for biceps, little rest, 1 set for triceps and so on!.!.!.

My advice is no matter what type of training you choose, ask fitness instructor in the gym if you go there for help about exercise and some advices!.
