One good way to know if a vitamin is good quality or not is look for the fillers, the higher the filler is on the ingredients list the worse off the vitamin is!. Also drop the pill in a glass of water and let it sit over night, if it doesn't dissolve fully then it won't in your stomach as well and you are not getting the value that you want from it!.
