Is this a good routine?!


Question:

Is this a good routine?

this is for Tues, Thurs-Sat. i have skool on mondays and wednesdays and church on Sundays so i can only start the rest at mid day. I weight 135 lbs. The reason im doing a lot of running is to really have my six pack showing without me hardening them. Working out to make my chest hard or just tone up.

8 am eat (cereal/eggs, fruit)

8:15 am warm up (lift weights, push-ups, crunches or sit-ups)

8:30 am run for cardio (1 hour)

9:30 am workout after run for 30 mins. (bowflex machin)

10am eat snack (fruit, small treats)

11:30 am eat lunch

2 pm eat snack

6 pm eat dinner

6: 50 pm warm up for cardio

7 pm run for cardio (30 mins- 1 hour)

8 pm workout after run for 30 mins (bowflex machine)

shower and then relax


Answers:

It's good but I would change a few things. In the morning, exercise before you eat or leave at least 30-45 mins after eating before you start to exercise. Don't forget to drink LOTS of water - helps increase your metabolism and after a while you might want to change the workout around a bit cause soon your body will become used to it and it won't work you out as fully as it did in the beginning. Add some protein rich foods to your meals... and an apple after dinner is great for helping breakdown your food :D
