How much weight can i lose by starving myself for one week?!


Question: How much weight can i lose by starving myself for one week!?
I'm not an anorexic or anything, I just want to lose a little weight before school starts!. Does anyone know how much weight I would lose if I'm on a from about a 1500 daily calorie intake!? I currently weigh 160 pounds, and I'm 5'6!. I also get little or rare exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, I'm 5'7" and 100 pounds, and I don't excercise!.

But that I do is I eat lots of small meals instead of eating 3 meals a day!. I didn't even know that that was making me skinny, its just what I naturally do!. And being a teen must help too!.

But supposedly it makes you lose alot of weight because you're not eating as much but you're never hungry!.

Eating slowly also makes you fuller faster, thus eating less!.

Um, I also sometimes exercise by way of DDR!. I just go on workout mode and do all the songs!. Its really fun and I'm keeping myself active!.

You can try eating really healthy too, My favorite movie/computer snack is applesauce!. idk, I just love it =]

But please please don't stop eating, you are great just the way you are! I hate being skinny alot of the time!. I feel so weak and vulnerable!.

And plus if you stop eating then start eating again, you won't lose any weight in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

like 5 to 10 pounds but that will only last like the first day of school because you are going to gain it all back and more!. So you should just exercise like crazy and that will work too because usually the first few weeks you start working out, you lose a lot of weight!. of course then it slows down but if you keep working out you will be able to maintain it!. Maybe around 1-2 pounds a week, depending on what you are eating!. It takes about a 500 calorie deficit each day a week to lose 1 pound!. Personally, a better alternative is to exercise to raise your metabolism!. That way you'll lose weight without being hungry all the time while still eating enough food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

umm prob about 5-10 pounds depends if you excercise or not!. But i suggest you eat something or you will be REALLY nasaus but just like a celery stick if you puke should do it if you have a liquid besides water with it!. Or just go 2 or 3 days then just eat veggies until school starts and it will do the same if not moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why don't you try exercising and eating right instead of starving yourself!?!? It will help you loose weight it in the long run!. Who cares what people think of you, you'll learn not to care about that when you get out of school, you won't even see most of those people after you graduate anyway!. just exercise and eat right, check out the south beach diet book or look it up on the internet, but please don't go on a starvation diet, it may lead to bigger and worst things! good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would advise not doing that!. You can lose that much weight by eating well and getting lots of exercise!.
Change your eating habits!. Don't cut out eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
