i am 17 and im 6foot1 and i weigh 202pounds and i want to get down to 183 i would like to know how long it would take to lose all that safely and i want to know what i should eat and drink without buying special foods and im a vegetarian so i dont eat meat and how many minitus on treadmill and walking a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you want to know how long then you should exersize and cut down on portions and fatning food!. This is how my dad did it: first he cut down on the starch!. Don't eat potatos (potatos are only good for u when you have a healthy body!.!.otherwise it turns into fat) fatning potato chips (u can eat them but use wise portions and get the baked kinds) and other starchs!. Nuts are good but not good if u overdose portions!. Eat berries such as strawberries, blueberries, balckberries, and raspberries (my dad still eats them and makes me eat them too)!. Only eat when ur hungry!.!.!.!.!.never when ur not!. WHen u eat food make sure the sodium is low and the sugar is no more than 6grams!. Exercise too!. My dad goes to the gym every wed!. night (skips dinner on that day ONLY) and goes on sunday mornings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am not sure but i did not safely go from 114 pounds to 102 pounds in about 15 days, but i just drank only water, and don't use much salad dressing and eat many smaller meals instead of just a few big meals a day (and if you eat salads, dont use much, if any, salad dressing)Www@Answer-Health@Com
