Question:

Using Wii Sports to get buff (relatively, you know)?

I am very thin and, although I realize the easiest way to get more muscle is go to the gym and use weights, let's just say for personal reasons I don't want to do that. But what I would like to do is find out if someone has any info on a reliable regimen of using Wii sports to gain muscle. As in, which sports help the most, for how long, etc. Thanks.

I HAVE BEEN PLAYING THE BOXING GAME WITH 5LB WRIST WEIGHTS ON AND YOU CAN REALLY FEEL THE BURN. IT WILL MAKE YOUR SHOULDERS BIGGER AND WILL TONE YOU UP QUICK. BUT YOU WILL NEED TO LIFT SOME WEIGHTS OR DO SOME PUSH UPS. THE WII ALONE WILL NOT MAKE YOU BUFF.
