I need to get in shape for marine boot camp in 2 months help!!!!


Question: I need to get in shape for marine boot camp in 2 months help!!!
Im 17, a guy, 5'10, 203lbs, and have 20 percent body fat(alot I know)

Even though I'm kinda chubby, I actually have really good endurance!. I can run a mile in 5:45 and 3 miles in 19:03!. plus I can do 56 crunches in 2 mins and 13 consecutive pullups easy!. my main concern is pushups!.

My recruiter told me to eat 5-6 small meals a day with lean meat and veggies and to run early in the morning before breakfast for 6 days a week to burn off that extra fat!. He also told me to alternate days with the following workouts:

workout 1:
as many sets(to failure) of pushups as I can do for an hour with 30 second rests inbetween each set

workout 2:
same as workout 1, but with crunches or calf raises

will this plan help me get in shape in 2 months!? I mean I'm in reasonably good shape, but its just that tiny gut and the saggy hamstringsWww@Answer-Health@Com
