Need help gettin in shape?!


Question: Need help gettin in shape!?
Im 17, a guy, 5'10, 203lbs, and have 20 percent body fat(alot I know) and I leave for Marine Boot in 2 months!.

Even though I'm kinda chubby, I actually have really good endurance!. I can run a mile in 5:45 and 3 miles in 19:03!. plus I can do 56 crunches in 2 mins and 13 consecutive pullups easy!. my main concern is pushups!.

My recruiter told me to eat 5-6 small meals a day with lean meat and veggies and to run early in the morning before breakfast for 6 days a week to burn off that extra fat!. He also told me to alternate days with the following workouts:

workout 1:
as many sets(to failure) of pushups as I can do for an hour with 30 second rests inbetween each set

workout 2:
same as workout 1, but with crunches or calf raises

will this plan help me get in shape in 2 months!? I mean I'm in reasonably good shape, but its just that tiny gut and the saggy hamstringsWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah im pretty sure that should!. and you might want to try the perfect pushup, its at walmart for like 10 bucks, but it makes your pushups like 10 times as effective, with just a little more effort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
