Question: How to lose your upper leg fat!?
how do you lose your thigh or upper leg fat!?
or at least tone it down more and FAST!!!!?
i want to know more about excersize way to lose it,
(no Sports way please)

squats
lunges - you can do it in a square on top of the regular ones- go forward, backward, leg over to left and leg over to right
not sure the name of this- but put your leg no a bench and dip down on the other leg!.!.!.
or actually just go to self!.com and click on the leg workouts to find different ones that will help firm your thighs and butt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't spot-lose weight!. You need to do cardio to lose weight -- and watch what you eat!. You will lose it all over and improve your health!. You MAY lose it faster in some areas but that's kind of doubtful!.

You have to do some sports to get rid of that (sry)!.
Try running, jogging, swimming, or cycling at least 30 minutes a day!. They tone up your body in whole!. This is pretty much the only way (personal experience)

you really cant be lazy about it, if you want fast results and inorder to tone ur legs ur gunna have to work out!.!.!.!.go for a jog or a walk for an hour Www@Answer-Health@Com
