Is 30 mins of jogging bad if I'm trying to...!


Question: Is 30 mins of jogging bad if I'm trying to!.!.!.
build muscle!?
The only reason I'm jogging is because I have love handles, and I'm dieting and everything, but wondering, will 30mins of jogging effect my muscle growth since they say cardio burns both fat and muscle!.

I do cardio 3x a week and workout my body on building muscle with weights and toning exercises 3x a week as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its good for your health but it will only burn fat and tone your legs though!. In order to build muscles you need to weight lift and do crunches!. 30 minutes of jogging won't burn your muscles also!. Its only when you run a hour of hardcore running (like me, I do 5-6 miles a day), thats when you start losing muscles!. I have to eat protein supplements to keep myself in shape!. You should raise the bars to 40 minutes (daily) do 3X of weight lifting in a week!. 30 minutes won't burn that much and you start burning fat after 20 minutes so technically, you only burn around 100 calories of fat every other day!.

NO!. It is NOT bad!. Look at any body building book or program!. They all include cardio as an essential part of workouts!. 30 minutes at a time 2-3 days per week is essential to a balanced body building plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

jogging is a very good way to keep healthy and body balance!.!.!.but it is not directly related to muscle-building which need other kinds of exercises!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
