How did I eat today, will I lose weight?!


Question: How did I eat today, will I lose weight!?
Breakfast--
Yogurt and egg white omelet w/ cheese

Snack--
Mango with hot sauce

Lunch--
Two small tortillas with avocado and hot sauce

Snack--
One banana with 1tbsp of organic peanut butter

Dinner--
Shrimp with veggies and a side of beans and rice

I spread my meals throughout the day!.
If I keep eating like this and exercising, will I lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you keep eating like this and exercising, I believe you will lose weight!. But I think you should switch the lunch meal with the dinner meal because you should have your largest meal during lunch time so it can digest for the rest of the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take out the tortillas and rice!.
i know i know thats the best part of the meal but you cant imagine how much more healthier that meal just got without it!.
you should take out rices butter tortillas and crap like that an it will be much healthier!.
and eat meat!. thats the best thing to do!. it is healthy for you!.

i think so!. that sounds really healthy!. i wish i could do that but i am so picky with what i eat that i just have to work out a bunch to lose weight!. good job and keep it up and you will lose weight and if not you are still eating healthy which is good for your body
