Total calories including or excluding fat content?!

Question: Total calories including or excluding fat content!?
If a wrapper of a granola bar were to say that the calorie content was 100, and the fat was 7!.5 gram, would that mean that the 100 calories included the fat content!? I can't figure out whether '100' is the total calorie count, or if it's excluding the 7!.5 grams of fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
