I think im eating too few calories... HELP!!!?!


Question:

I think im eating too few calories... HELP!!!?

I added up the calories I typically eat and ended up with a number around 600 ... I don't understand. I eat healthy (and vegetarian) and I eat all day long and im always full if not stuffed, how can it be so little? is it possible that my body only needs that many calories? I work out too .. 4-5 days a week of jogging or elliptical
I even added up the grams of protein and I got a number between 50-60 grams, and my sodium and carbs were normal ... I eat my servings of fruits, veggies and whole grains ... am I ok??? im not loosing weight or anything (i've been like this for about two years and im @ 130 lbs @ 5'5" and 21 yo), so could it be that my body only needs that many calories?
please dont tell me to eat more cuz I made myself eat more today and I ended up throwing it all up


Answers:

As long as you feel good and you feel full, and you are maintaining your weight, then I wouldn't worry. But if you want to actually gain muscle size you will need to eat more.
