Question: A diet good for your skin!?
I'm a new actor, Can anyone give me a detailed diet that is healthy and good for your skin!? [ I don't want answers like 'apples', I want like a detailed diet I can start fallowing, thank you =]] ]Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Don't drink milk because it's very bad for your skin!. It is full of dangerous hormones that can make your skin look older and you also get acne!. Many people don't know that!.
Eat broccoli instead of drinking milk because they have much more calcium than milk :)
Eat food that has a reasonable amount of vitamin D!.
Cereal grains are often fortified with vitamin D!.
Fatty fish, such as salmon, are natural sources of vitamin D!.
Tuna is also full of vitamin D!.
In some countries, foods such as yogurt, margarine, oil spreads, breakfast cereal, pastries, and bread are fortified with vitamin D to minimize the risk of vitamin D deficiency!.
Also, get some sun because your skin produces vitamin D when exposed to light [15 min a day is a minimum]!. Without vitamin D, the calcium in your body can't be used so remember that!. :)
Eat vegetable and fruits and try to avoid sweet things such as chocolate because everyone knows that chocolate is not so good for your skin!.!.!.Sad but true :(
Also, don't eat fast food!. It is a very bad thing for your skin!.
And most important of all, DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!! more than 2 L a day!.
Don't use too much cosmetics because they can damage your skin!.

Here! Not exactly a diet, but I told you everything that you should and shouldn't do :) [ well, maybe not everything :D ]

I can't give any super detailed diets!. But get plenty of vitamin D!. Which can be attained through citrus, and is also synthisized in the skin when your in contact with sunlight!. That's all I can think of right now!. =(Www@Answer-Health@Com
