Umm...i did something yesterday and....!


Question: Umm!.!.!.i did something yesterday and!.!.!.!.
ok, first im gonna say that im a terrible binge eater!.!.!.i eat over 9000 calories in an hour(dont ask how), and i am getting help and im on pills

but yesterday around 2 am i was binging and i felt soooo sick that i puked!.!.!.idk if that a bulimic thing or not!.!.!.!.i didnt purposely do it, i felt sooooo full that i got nausious and had to puke! it had nothing to do with wanting to! and today, i did it again!!.!.!.im scared that im gonna keep doing this after my binging!.!.!.its not even intentional, its from getting sooo sick after being incredibly stuffed but im scared that if i keep doing that, that make me a bulimic! does it!? im not trying to!!!!.!.!.i know some other people feel liike that aand have to puke totally unintentional but what if they do it all the time!?!.!.!.idk what to doWww@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, first of all calm down!. I know your scared and you are right to ask for help, but for something like this, you need to speak to your doctor!. What happens is your stomach can only hold so much, after that, it will reject what it cannot hold, thus making you puke!. It doesnt mean you are bulemic, but can it come to that!? IDK either!. This is a very serious issue that needs medical advice!. Don't wait, speak to your doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat slowly and make conversation around the dinner table!. This will keep your mind off of stuffing the most food you can into yourself!. It's probably also a agood idea to stop your self at the third plate, the second if you plan to have dessert!. The best rule of thumb to go by is the question, "am I still hungry!?" and if you're not, stop!. However, i understand that can be hard at first, so go by another feeling!. Find a cue, like your stomach sticking out, or tightness around your waist that would usaully come before having to throw up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is either yuor body or THE LORD!.!.telling you it is not healthy or righteous to gorge yourself on food or drink!.
Your body will tell warn you when you are abusing it!.!.!.

hey there,

apart from seeing a physician, and although I am not one

what you have to try to do is motivate yourself to believe that you can stop your binging, do not worry about what you did today that was so horrible
leave it be!.
you're still young, tell yourself: its time to get started on my path to healthy eating
no matter how much you may struggle inside, only you can help yourself the most, believe in yourself more than anything
get a good 8 hour sleep, wake up in the morning, and start off fresh, healthy and consistent, I tell you in a week to two weeks of time you will feel great that you have made progress

remember to eat your daily 1200 calories :) wake up to a cold glass of milk and a toast, or some eggs

for lunch have a nice salad and a yogourt and some fruit

for dinner have some lean meat with a salad side

if you're hungry go for some nuts, and if you feel hungry yet again, drink water, water, and more water

don't panic, don't stress, believe in yourself, you can do it, trust me :)
I might be some random guy from the net,but I've had a friend with this problem before and she was able to push herself out of it, I believe you can too, dont be afraid, instead rise to the challenge
