How do I lose weight by diet and exercise?

I'm 13 and I'm 5'6" 1/2 and I weigh 130 pounds. I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds. What do I need to do? I'd love to lose weight off of my legs and thighs. But I need some food suggestions and exercising suggestions. I also need to work on getting a flatter stomach. How many crutches should I do a day?

Well i was going to give you some suggestions as to how to loose weight, but for your age your weight sounds about right to me . What is your B.M.I.? To improve your stomach , crunches do little , jogging or hard power walking, swimming reasonable distance in a pool, say around 1000m . The key however is to do medium to heavy exercise at least 3 times a day, for at least 30mins per session, i did 3x1hour sessions per day over 10weeks lost 26kilos...............dieting ....well reduce carbs increase protien........but remember as you are so young your body is still developing and growing , so over time many kids seem to stretch out and and the puppy fat disappears.
