Question: Lose weight or get more toned or what!?
im well inside the average weight bondary for my height, 160cm and 55kg, but i still look a little chubby on my stomach and chest, i want to get rid of this as im a bit self conscious of it!. whatss the best option!. and what is the best form of exercise, or diet or whatever your suggestion is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best definition of a diet is feeding yourself less in order to lose weight!. but i'll tell you something!. diets don't help!. if you want to lose weight than drop the diet idea!. when you diet, you eat very little very few times, and in this case your body stpres the fat and calories because it knows it won't get food for a long time!. now if you want to lose weight, i suggest you eat less portions of food per meal, but more meals a day, four of five meals would be good!. in this case, your body knows food will be coming shortly and it quickly digests and burns off what you already ate!. this is also the best way to quicken your motabolism which leads to weight loss!. if you work out, you body burns fat while turning some into muscle, so if you start working on your abs, than some of your belly fat will leave while the other will turn into muscle!.its a win win either way, less belly fat and nice abs!. who wouldn't want that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
