Answers:
no, you should always eat breakfast first! if you dont ur body will go into a whats a called catalytic state, and the first thing you eat your body will store it as fat most likely, because it thinks its starving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Opinions vary on this one!. What you do makes the most sense in a time management sense - in actually being able to workout!. But some say that you risk using muscle mass to fuel the workout since your body is still in shutdown mode!.

I'd suggest adding something like dextrose powder to the water to give you a fast energy hit, something to help fuel the exercise!. Though I do eat, wait 45 minutes then workout to stay on the safe side, my gut feel is that so long as you take something like a protein shake (in water) immediately after the workout so that you've got protein immediately available for the repair and rebuild then you shouldn't have too many problems!. It might not be the optimum path for muscle building, but it's better than not working out because you don't have time later!.

Some say never workout because of the risk to muscle (because your body is catabolic it may not burn fat well and will burn muscle instead)!. Others claim not to lose muscle - you need to find what works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
