I have dumbbells, but I just don't want to arm workouts, help me out?!

Question:

I have dumbbells, but I just don't want to arm workouts, help me out?

Okay, I have some pretty good dumbbells for myself. I like to curl 30-40 lbs, and 50 is the heaviest dumbbell that I have, and my max bench was 135 last I checked (May). I haven't worked out since, and I know I'm going to be sore, but I have a bench (NOT a bench press) that you sit on and eat at the dinner table, lol. I was gonna use that to do some bench press, but I don't have a bar, so I was thinking of just using my arms as singles, and bringing the dumbbells together when I push up from the bench. I suppose that will help out my chest. I can nail the arm workouts down with the obvious, and abs I can do sit ups, but what can I for my legs? Any help? Thanks!

PS: If you know any other good workouts, let me know, thanks!

Answers:

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
