I want a healthy lunch, and I'm getting sick of sandwiches and wraps!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is the traditional salads and grilled chicken!.!.
i like caesar or spinach!.
also, homemade soups like chicken (without the noodles for low carb!.) and without all the salt too!. and fish is a good option, esp!. salmon, YUM!.!.
i know u said no sandwiches, but you could make them on pita bread or wheat roll ups oh, and you cant go wrong with sushi, it is cheap, low calorie, good for you and really easy to eat ,, totally compactable and you can get it cooked if u dont like the idea of raw fish, you can get a 6 pack for like 4 dollars at stop and shop!. oh, and dont forget it you are ever in a pinch you can call any chinese restaurant and ask for the low cal option, they have shrimp or get the mixed vegetables,,steamed with the sauce on the side!!
oh oh and i almost forgot,,,,u can go onto weight watchers!.com and get free ideas and recipes from them!. just type in weight wachers!.com and click on recipes and lunch or any other course, its a great tool, even gives you the break down of fat, fiber, and carbs!.

Mixed bean salad or even in tomatoey gravy - use chickpeas and any other good beans you like!. High in protein and a good source of fiber!
Tuna salad - with spring onions and cucumber and tomato or whatever you like!.
Quiche - all kinds, spinach sundried tomato is my favourite!. but you have to make it beforehand :)
Wholewheat pastas, with green beans / broccoli on the side!.

Oh I also knew this girl who would bring muesli and plain yogurt in a separate container - and mix them up for a good snack!. I prefer cottage cheese or hummus as a good veggie dip!Www@Answer-Health@Com
