Question: Will i lose weight if i eat this:
breakfast------- 1 cup of toasted oats cereal and 1 cup of milk
lunch-------------- 1 bottle of gatorade, 4 PB crackers, 5slices of deli thin chicken, half cup of grapes
snack-----5 pieces of light bolgna,
snack, penut butter, milk
dinner----baked chicken breasts Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ummmmmm !.!.!. your really loading up on protein it looks like also some low quality fats!.!.!.

There's something *IMPORTANT* to remember about chicken!. Chicken was recommended as the 'lowest fat meat' back in the 70's when chicken consumption was *MUCH* lower then it is today

However in the forty years between then and now the polutry industry has breaded/create a chicken that is a *TOTALLY* different beast (albeit a small beast) then 30-40 years ago!. The chickens now grow TWICE AS FAST, TWICE AS HEAVY AND HAVE MUCH MORE FAT THEN BEEF !!!!

Milk is fairly good !.!.!. but you want to spread your intake evenly !.!.!. at least as evenly as possible in as many meals as possible through the day and try and make sure you have something before you goto bed!. Also your not eating much veggies or fruit!. If your trying to lose weight then add one serving of veggies or fruit just before your (small) 'meal' and that will make a far bit of difference !.!.!.

Also remember while your 'eating right' or at least in a manner that is more conducive to losing weight it will really increase the results if you do light exercise during the week - in fact to drop any significant amount of weight activity is *THE KEY* along with a sensible food plan (notice I didn't say 'DIET')!. 'They used to say' that 20-40 minutes 3 times a week is 'enough' to start losing weight!. Recent research of real-world people has shown that it's *NOT ENOUGH*!. Your MUCH better working out LONGER but less times a week!. Try even just two days a week of cycling or swimming for 1-2 hours and I promise you with this diet you'll have really good results !.!.!.IT's a long story involving your bodies preference to burn sugar, carbs and then fat (and lastly protein - but this is hard on your body) and it takes *AT LEAST* 40 minutes in your 'target heart rate' to start burning fat !.!.!.

You shouldn't go nuts and avoid proteins, carbs or fats!. However you can lean out your carbs and fats to make a difference!. The normal 'diet' for the north American person has WAY to much carbs and fats!. But remember your body *NEEDS* fats, the higher the quality the better, just to keep you alive !!

I went from 270 Lbs to 180Lbs in well under a year!. I didn't know anywhere near as much about it as I know now - but the key was long duration activity !.!.!. Try and work it into your daily routine!.!. Walking/cycling more !.!.!.!. driving less !.!.!. etc !.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well personally it really all depends on you genes and your metabolism!.!.!.but what i think you should do is eat healthier but less because even if you eat healthy, you can't eat too much of anything because too much of anything can be un healthy! So what you say i think that that is something that will work =] But all i ask is that you don't go on a crash diet or anything like that!

5 pieces of light bologna, honey just because it's light doesn't mean eat 5

Yes, I imagine you will!. What is that like 500 calories!? Exercise will speed that up by the way!Www@Answer-Health@Com
