Was my diet healthy today?
Okay so in the morning I had
- A piece of whole grain bread
-One mini donut (ahhh couldn't help it lol)
-Cup of green tea
For snack:
- peanut butter
- like 3 cinnamon toast crunch pieces
- half a cup of mushroom? tea
- Like 3 small nuts
- Watermelon
Lunch:
- Small portion of rice and this potato? soup with appetizers
- whole grain bread slice with peanut butter.
Snack:
- another mini donut (ahh couldnt help it! lol)
- watermelon
- one little banana flavored korean puffs (crackers thing)
and for dinner im probably eating some rice with veggies and meat.
last night i did 100 crunches and the night before that. tonight if it doesnt rain im probably going on a 30 minute walk around me neighborhood. tomorrow im going hiking lol.
