Weight lifting question!


Question: Weight lifting question
My gym membership is gonna end in about 10 days!.!. so I won't hace access to the equipements!.

However, I do have 5 pound (-!.- yeah i know) dumbells at home!.

My question is:

if I lift these 5 pound dumbells like 100 times or atleat until my arm gets tired, will I b able to maintain the muscles I have or gain any more muscles!?

No!.

Anything is better than nothing, but as soon as you start lifting less weight your body will start shedding any excess muscle you have built in about 2 weeks!.


That said, if you haven't reached your genetic potential yet, and if your asking this your not even close, you will lose size slowly, but strength rather quickly!.


Either get a new membership or a power rack and iron set and lift at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
