no its not easy to eat again, many have to go months if not years of therapy to become normal again!. it's classified as a mental disorder, and can only be solved through patience and careful guidance- since they obsess over not eating it would also be considered an addictionWww@Answer-Health@Com
You have conditioned your mind in not eating!. You have to recondition it slowly in letting yourself eat again!. It is a life time battle!. If you want to live, and stop not eating you need a good doctor to help you!. Emotional problems are also, involved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
