Question:

Im working out everyday this summer, and i have two months. do you think this workout will work?

everyday i am getting up and jogging about 1.5 miles. then i come home and do 50 situps, and 20 pushups (trying to increase the amount of those each week).

and for breakfast i make a banana smoothie with no sugar added to it, and i am using fat free milk. i either drink that for lunch also or just dont eat anything until dinnertime, which is when i eat a normal amount of food.

i am 120 pounds and want to be 110. i am going to do this routine everyday for the next 2 months, do you think it will work or do i need to be working out more and stuff to see results??


Answers:

You do fine.. But you need to eat small portions 5 times a day.. and get some protein..Did not you see any result till now...?
