Question: What should i eat for breakfast, something healthy
hi, basically i dont eat breakfast, cause my mother always use to give me milk and biscuits everyday for school, so i got tired off it, and stopped eating breakfast once i started going college, but i hear too many poeple saying i should really have breakfast so i decided to give it ago, i dont like eating anything in the morning as i dont like the taste, but i wannt give it ago, so please tell me some nice tasting, but healthy stuff i can have for breakfast, thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry!. Obviously, breakfast is very important for you and you should have it!. You probably don't like eating in the morning because you're not hungry!. But, in order for your body to manage better during the day, you need to eat something high in protein, filling, high in vitamins, and low in sugar (if you have something high in sugar, you get more hungry later during the day and binge)!. But, since you're not hungry, you should try to make yourself hungry during the morning!. Do this gradually!. To start off, for breakfast on your first morning, eat something small, like half a grapefruit (sorry if you don't like grapefruit, but you get what I mean)!. Then, the next morning, add a little more like a small bowl of cereal!. Then, next morning enlarge your bowl into a regular size!. Also, as I said before, you should have a lot of protein for breakfast!. You can eat something like chicken, if you like chicken!. I know it sounds not traditional but protein is very important in a breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Plain oatmeal (the flavored kinds have LOTS of sugar) and then you can add things like butter or milk or pecans, dried fruit, brown sugar, etc!.!.!.whatever you like!.

Scrambled eggs (I prefer scrambled egg substitutes made with egg whites), oatmeal, fresh fruit!.!.!.avoid pancakes, waffles, biscuits, muffins!.!.!.the greasy things that you can tell are fattening just by looking at them!. Also, for cereal don't get things like fruit loops, coco puffs, fruity pebbles!.!.!.those are all basically sugar!. Milk and orange juice are also good ways to kickstart your day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Oatmeal (NOT the instant kind! It has to be old-fashioned!)
2!. Apple slices with peanut butter on them (it has to be all natural peanut butter!. That's the only kind that's totally healthy)!.
3!. Celery with peanut butter (see above)
4!. Fruit salad
