How much weight can I lose in 2 months?!


Question:

How much weight can I lose in 2 months?

I'm 14, I weigh 205lbs. I'm 5'4
I would appreciate not being given "You're too young to lose weight" as an answer.
(Suggestions for exercise things for my age would be appreciated, though. xD)

I am not sure how much you will lose depending on your metabolism. But I know a diet that is really hard to follow, But it works.

Anyway eat only MEATS, FRUITS, AND VEGGIES. no processed meat...or fried meat, grilled and baked only. no season on it....add no sugar to the fruits and stay away from watermelon, and bananas they have a lot of sugar. Wheat bread and wheat pastas only. no rice! oh and boiled eggs are awesome for loosing weight they speed up your metabolism. Tuna does too.

Drink only water, diet green tea (speeds up your metabolism), diet coke, and drinks with little to no sugar.

Exercises, jog, ride a bike, swim ...do whatever you have access to.
