What's a beginners routine to get abs?!


Question: What's a beginners routine to get abs!?
After going to the beach today I decided that I was going to work to get abs, so I can wear a bikini and not feel so paranoid!. But I don't know where to start since I'm not really an exercise person, and haven't exericised since it was required in PE class (which was a year ago)!.

Just like Brody said, stretch and sit ups!.

Also, what many people ignore is the need to work your obliques (or sides)!. If you can tone and tighten your obliques, it will really define your midsection!.

Try doing some leg, or knee lifts!. Also, instead of regular crunches, try bicycle crunches!. That way you'll work all of your abdominals and your oblique muscles for great tone!.

Easy do lots of Situps and stretching!. Try the P90X Videos out they will help you a lot with your abs and other muscles!. And by the way after your done a workout make a protein shake or mix some Whey powder in with water and drink it!. You can get Whey powder at a Gym or Bodybuilding Place!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
