Build muscle?!

Build muscle?

What is the fastes way to make muscle? is it taking some sort of supplement like muscle milk? or is it just trying to max out during your work out?

I am not trying to loose weight. I have a slim body but i want more muscle. I weigh 130Lbs.


Answers:

Both, after every workout I make myself a shake with skim milk, whey protein, and some peanut butter. If you want to promote growth lift till failure in 5-7 reps.
