Question: I need a little diet type help!.
well i want to loose weight and a lot of it! im about 5'3 or 5'2 i weigh somewhere around 130pounds and im 14yrs!. i want to drop about 10-20 pounds!. can someone give advise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, well first of all, 130 pounds is nothing, That is actually a healthy weight (now, if you got to it by eating fast food, that is a different story!.) I don't suggest losing 10-20 pounds, but if you want to lose a little bit, there is a simple philosphy that works, and you just have to ingrain it in your mind: take in less calories than you burn off!. In other words, eat healthier, and exercise more!. There really is no secret behind it!. Plus, remember that you are a growing girl and shouldn't starve yourself to look like the really skinny, toothpick girls!. In my opinion, that is very unattractive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
