Pls I wanna lose wieght really b adly

i eat about 1200-1600 calories a day
I dont like vegtables at all
Ill eat anything else
I love fruits and Cereal
Thats mostly what i havee been doing
Im doing crunches Im using the jumprope

I know you said not to tell you you're young but you are tall for a 13 year old and that means you may have already went through puberty and i know what you feel like! i went through it too i was like a foot taller than everyone my age and probably like 15 lbs taller!. so anyway i am going to give you advice!.!.!. if you like swimming then swim for 30 mins just doing laps or treading water!. Really count your calories and maybe up them to 1800 because your metabolism could be messed up if you aren't eating enough!. Just stay active and try for 1800 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fruit and cereal is loaded with sugar!.
You really should try to eat veggies!. They are the best!. Start with something sweet like carrots, then just keep trying new things!.

Sounds like you are doing plenty of aerobic exercise!. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so the number on the scale is not as good as just seeing how your clothes fit!.

Make sure to drink LOTS of water and no sodas--not even diet sodas!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't give up!. Your exercise sounds great, so your diet must be the problem!. You may be losing inches instead of pounds!. Don't add sugar, and be wary of meals that are prepared with any different kind of sugar including dextrose, sucrose, lactose, honey or sugar substitutes!. Put some veges into your diet, or your lack of proper nutrition will hamper your weight loss!. Find a list of foods and see what ones you have never tried!. I'm 13 and 5'8 and weigh 154lbs!. my goal is to loose 15lbs!. and i've lost 7!.!.!.
Keep a journal of how much cal!. intake you have!.!.!. i shoot for 1251 a day!.
then eat 5 small meals a day and throw a salad in there!. (i dunno if salad is a veggie, lol!.)
in the morning i run a little bit only for about 5 minutes then at night a do jog/sprints!. they kick butt!.!.!.
then i do about 50 crunches only go up about 30 degrees off the ground, though!. it's more effective!. push ups also!. about 3 sets of 10 or 12!.

exercise at least 30 min a day, get a pedometer and walk 10,000 steps a day

try eating more more lean poultry such as chicken breast, turkey, fish, etc!.!.!.!.its good protein!.
