Question: Exercise for a twelve year old!?
heyy im 12!. i play alot of sports and am pretty active, but i still look fat! like my stomach is fat! poor me!. i dont want to be fat!. i dont want to be skinny but i dont want to be fat, you know!? so is there anyway to get rid of this fat!? beside the sports i already play!? keep in mind that i am 12!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Awe sweetie! Dont feel like that! How much do you wanna lose!? Just eat healthy, And dont eat past 7:00 pm and eat breakfast within an hour after you have woken up :) Eat healthy and lok at the calories on things!. You should try to have about 1600 calories a day, and keep active maybe do some situps too!

Cut down on animal fat and sugar!. Add to sugar, refined grains such as white bread and white, baking potatoes, because the body metabolizes them the same way!. Avoid!. Always!. Instead of soda, choose water!. Instead of candy, bring an apple or other fruit with you!. You will begin to feel better after this simple change in a matter of days, and your body will thank you with the loss of fat!.

Next, consider removing all pork and meat products, as they add cholesterol and saturated fat which is terrible for you and will keep you from losing weight effeciently!. Eat plenty of whole grains and fiber!.
