Question: Ways to obtain protein!.
im starting to bulk up and i want some ways to obtain more protien from my diet!. im only interested in real food, no shakes, powders and what not!. so specific meats, way they should be prepared and stuff like that is the info im after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Beef is harder to digest but a good source of protein that also contains creatine naturally!.

No joke peanut butter, two table spoons has all the essential amino acids (proteins) you need for a day!. There are a couple proteins that are kind of a limiting factor in the process of your body making muscle leucine, isoleucine and valine, peanut butter has a good amount of these, they are called BCAA (branch chain amino acids)!. It also has a lot of good fats and is cheep!. Chocolate milk is one of the best post workout things you can drink, it has a near perfect ratio of carbohydrates and protein for your body to rebuild muscle and restore energy!. Lean meets, fish and chicken are great, stay away from the red meets, they are hard for your body to break down and use!.

The rawer the food the better, proteins and vitamins break down from heat (cooking) so the more you cook your food the less you get (dear god do not eat raw chicken though)

Go hear and look up different foods, it tells you everything that is in the foods and how much!. Look for those proteins I listed!.

Ah nuts! A handful of almonds (10) has the same protein value as a palm sized portion of steak!.

My simple suggestion is to buy a large bag of trail mix, and divide it into travel size/portion sizes!. Carry it with you, and munch throughout the day as hunger dictates!.

Nuts and raisins (dried grapes have iron) are "living" foods, compared to steak, fish, etc so they provide a high quality source of nutrition and energy!. They also help to keep your teeth and bones strong and healthy!.

As for specific nut meats: brazil, hazel, almond, macadamia, peanut, walnuts, pecans are a few!.

Fish, red meats, eggs and cheese/ dairy, but prepare them really healthy!. Like, grill the fish and meats, and try to avoid putting too much extra on them!. Just watch the amount you eat, because a large increase in protein could cause somethings to act up(i!.e!. too many eggs/ cheese equals higher cholesteral)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

preparation of meats really won't matter!. chicken is very high in protein without the fat of beef!. many beans are very high and also high in fiber which is healthy!. black beans for example!. cheese and yougurt for snacking and added calcium is a benefit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also stir-frying meats is good!.
