Question:

Looking for a healthier lifestyle (starting with the diet). pescatarian?

So im just about had it with being 200lbs and have been going to the gym to get some exercise in my diet. The thing is, I go to school (college) and i dont always have the time to eat properly or work out as often as i would like, seeing as how i now have more on my 'plate' to handle than before. I was thinking about going pescatarian but the thing is, i dont really have that big of an apetite for fish and other sea food. I mean, fish is good and all, but its all the other sea food that i dont really like: squid, octopus, shell fish, crab. Would it be wise for me to go down this path and give up red meats/ prok and chicken if im not the crazy about all sea food for my health? This came to mind because a friend of mine has been a pescatarian for a year and a half and says that it has really made him more healthy and is now in the best shape of his life; i have seen him and he is.


Answers:

Giving up specific foods is not the way to lose weight.

Weight watchers is your best option.
