Question: Good exercise for flatening pecks
OK, I've always been thin, I don't have a problem with my abnomin or anything else!. But lately I've been gathering some fat in my chest and pectoral area!. I have two 5 lb!. weights so I was wondering is there anything I can do with them to target my chest inparticular!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah man, do what i call "butterflies"!. the chest is the target area!. this exercise is done by lying flat on a bench, and holding the dumbells above your chest with your arms slightly bent!. slowly bring your arms out to the side until your arms are parallel with the ground!. then slowly return to the starting position!. that is one rep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You actually should want your pecs to be bigger!. But, if you don't, lifting 5 lb!. weights won't do anything for you!. If you want to lose fat around your chest, do something like jogging/running so your heart rate increases for about 30 minutes a day!. As you get conditioned more, the higher heart rate burns fat and over time it works its way down!. So, the area around your heart loses fat quicker!.!.!.therefore, your chest will get smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Butterflies -- lay on you back on a bench and bring the weights above your chest and then down like you're doing a push up!.!. or just do a whole bunch of push ups!.
