Exercise - Running on the spot?!


Question: Exercise - Running on the spot!?
Hi, I was wondering whether running on the spot actually helps to burn calories!? Is it worth it or should I just stick to the tredmill instead!. I'm also gonna go outside and exercise but while at home, I was thinking I could just run on the spot while watching tv or such because the tredmill is so noisy!. If I run on the spot for two hours, how many calories would I lose!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's definitely helpful! Any movement that makes you sweat is quality exercise!. The best thing would be to go jogging outside because wind resistance (it's true!), the extra effort of propelling yourself forward, and hilly terrain will make you work harder and burn more calories!.!. but jogging on the spot would still be great!.

Just sitting still, you burn about 80 calories an hour!. If you're jogging on the spot, you're probably burning around 250/hr more or less depending on how hard you're working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
