Question: I wanna gain 10 pounds in 1 month!.
I am 6'0, 135 lbs, 15 yrs old, and i wanna gain 10 pounds in a months!. I eat a lot don'tt know how i don'tt gain weight!.!.!.Please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to work out (weight lifting) & eat a TON! You need lots of complex carbs & protein!. Don't go overboard with junk food & fatty food!. Try milk, milk shakes (consider protein powder shakes; no more than 40gm protein powder daily in addition to regular food), lots of lean lunchmeat, whole grain bread & pasta (not white), brown rice (not white)!. Eat 5 times per day at least!. Start with a shake or smoothie first thing in the morning!. Have a late morning snack (you might be able to sneak in a Clif Bar or peanut butter sandwich during a short break), a full lunch, an afternoon snack (another sandwich or shake), a full supper, and a bedtime snack (another shake or a bowl of cereal)!.

i know this sounds like a silly answer but seriously,
try and sit in a position like i bed a lot or on the sofa, and have a day where you just eat,
or u go to an all you can eat buffet!
when i say sit in a position, it requires minimum movement, so basically, it would mean eating more food than you are burning ,and i think it will add quite some wieght
you are soooooooo lucky!
im complete opposite,i JUST put on wieght!

You have a fast metabolism!.!.!.I would recommend that you build muscle to gain weight, not build fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
