if u really want to know at her next physical or doc appt ask the doc to test her bmi or ask what the normal weight is and how much/what type of exercise is good to keep ur daughter healthy!. but never say over weight!. that can ruin her self esteem (especially at that age) and cause an eating disorder or social anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
