Question: I have eating 420 calories for breakfast is that good!?
i had 2 blueberry bagels!.

no its not bad!. you need to eat all your meals everyday!. stop counting the calories!. food is your FRIEND!. as long as you eat healthy foods liek fruits vegetables meat etc and not junky stuff!. it will be fine,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doesn't matter how many calories you eat in one meal, it only matters how much you eat in the whole day!.

However, 800 is a little low!. Right now my diet includes 1,200 calories, but I burn 800 of it off, which means I burn 1,000 calories evry day that are extra, which means 2 pounds weight loss every week!. Why don't you try that!? Remember, you burn around 1,400 doing nothing every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since I don't know your age or how active you are in a day, I can't say that it's good/bad for you to consume 420 cal!./day!. However, I knew a teacher in my school who went on a 400 cal!./day diet (worth an apple, or soda per day!) over the summer!. And he lost 50+ lbs! He was in his 40's!.

You shouldn't make drastic changes to your daily diet because it'll confuse your body and that will harm you in the end!. If you're going to reduce your calorie consumption, do it gradually, like eating 50 lesser than you normally eat each 2 days or some other interval!.

The misconception is that if you barely eat anything AND work out, you'll lose weight!. It's might be true, BUT very dangerous/harmful to the body system because if you don't have enough energy to do the work out, then you're going to wear your body out and pretty soon, you may end up in a hospital bed!.

What you should do is change your eating habit to a healthier one and start exercising (people tell you this over and over because it WORKS!)!.

Disclaimer: I don't recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience!. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body!.

What I did was I went on an "eating-only-corn-flakes" diet!. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs)!. After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever), I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits!. I'm able to keep off the weight I've lost for ~6 years now!. At summer camp, I've also went on a cereal-salad-and-skim milk "diet"!. For breakfast, I would only eat grain cereal with skim milk and drink another glass!. For lunch and dinner each day, I had only a salad and two glasses of skim milk per meal!. Camp was only 5 days, but I lost a considerable amout of weight for my father to notice my weight loss!. xD

Currently, I've been exercising!. I have an "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout!. I take my pulse at 5 min!. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm improving!. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc!.)!. To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups!. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches!. I don't know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs!. The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now!. ^____^ Very happy with the results!. You can do as many as your body can tollerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It's incredible!

If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout!. Eat yougurt, fruits, and other health foods!. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk!. ^_^

700-800 calories a day is way too small!. You should be eating at least 1500-2000 calories a day depending on your diet!. If your excersising regularly you should have even more!. 420 calories for breakfast is normal!. Dont worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, as long as the bagels have good nutrients in them!. and 700-800 calories a day isnt healthy!. you need around 2000, but it depends on your age, weight, activity levels (excersize), gender, and height!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old are you!? It makes a difference!. If you are 15 or older, you should be eating about 1500 calories a day!. Breakfast is the best time to eat most of your calories because you have all day to burn them off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is nothing wrong with a 420 calorie breakfast!.

But there IS something wrong with a 700-800 calorie diet!. You are hurting your body eating so little!. If you want to lose weight eat around 1800 calories and moderately exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
