How can i lose weight by october?!


Question: How can i lose weight by october!?
im 5 5'' and i weigh 127 and im 16 years old!.!.!.my problem areas are my butt my stomach and my thighs!.!.!.basically my entire body hah! i wanted to lose as much weight as i can by october and get a flat stomach and stuff!.!.!.!.can anyone out there give me some excersices i can do at home!? plz and thanks =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

since your stomach is about the size of your fist (not big, huh!?) that should be the size of your meal!. if you eat more, you'll gain weight and it's unhealthy!. try eating less at your meals (but don't skip- that's bad and will put your body in starvation mode and you'll gain back everything you eat and more)

and exercise always helps too!. ride a bike 20 mins 3x a week and you'll be good (or any aerobic exersice) i lost 12 lbs just by eating less at mealtime!. but then i gained it all back and know i've lost the 10 lbs again!.

i keep tract of EVERYTHING i eat and drink in a notebook (along with physical activity) and this helps me to know what i need to work on!. if i've been eating too much sweets in a week, i'll cut back!. or if i need to eat more fruits and veggies and cut back on carbs, i'll do that!. it helps, trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can limit your overall calorie intake and do cardio and aerobic exercises!. A healthy goal is 1-2 pounds a week because otherwise, you're losing water weight and you will gain your weight back plus some if you lose too much weight to fast!.

You should aim to do cardio five times a week and do some strength training 2-3 times a week using dumbells!. There are a lot of good exercise dvds you could rent at librarys if you don't want to spend money!.

Drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables!. Eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals!. Get plenty of sleep! A well rested body is a healthier body!.

I just worked out 5 times a week and ate healthier, nothing too drastic!. Don't take pills or follow fad diets!. A few changes everyday is what makes you stick to the program!.

Also do activities you like, like running, tennis, biking, I really liked swimming!

- every day drink one tall glass of water about 5 minutes before you eat!.

- 5 times a day in small amounts proper meals
- don't miss meals its important for your body to know its got alot of food to digest and lose
- If you dont eat regularly the fat will build up cause your body thinks "oh the host isn't give me enough food to burn off, i'll just slow down abit"

3!. Eat lots of fibre
4!. Consume more good fats
6!. Carbohydrates can help you lose weight
- good carbohydrates but not too many
-These include whole grains, vegetables; fruits and beans!.

7!. Excercise regularly, everday

You weigh 5' 5" and you weigh 127!. I think you've got a pretty ideal weight!. You probably want to get toned so maybe you should look into weight training!. If you have the money, seek a personal trainer to help you with that!. If you don't have the money, try to stay away from fast food, and keep your drinks from being calorically dense!. Make goals!. Anytime you feel like grabbing something to drink, don't go for the juice, instead grab a diet coke, water, or something else light!. If you do like juice a lot, water it down!. Try substituting the foods you like for better alternatives!. For example, on your salads use vinegar with a little bit of olive oil, don't go for the thick creamy dressings!.

If you really want to lose weight, drink 8 glasses or water a day!. im SERIOUS!. it totally works, plus it makes you have better skin, and etc!. At first you're gonna be peeing like 10000 times a day but your body gets used to it!. PLENTY of water is so important because every single cell in your body needs water to function at it's best!. try running!.!.!.it will help your stomach and thighs, for you ***, you can get rubber bands, they come in different colors, you can get them at gyms etc!. if you lay on your side and tie it around you ankles you can lift the leg on top it will give you a burn on your upper butt, it works!.!.!.try it outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Oh, you don't want to lose weight, you're at your most healthy weight right now!. What you want to do is tone!. Basically, you should look into strength training!. N with that, adding more protein to your diet would make your muscles heal faster N stronger so that your toned a lot quicker!

reading the above comments i think u lot are all obsessed with weight seeing as Americans are thought of here (in the UK ) and other countries as being fat !
but honestly when i went to Las Vegas ,Christ the amount of food u lot get in a sitting is beyond me ! its like feeding the five thousand ! maybe its cause u get better value 4 money !? god knows , but if u all eat that amount , its no wonder ur paranoid !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Me and you have pretty much the same stats!. I am not eating meat and not anything sweet or dairy filled!. Drink only water!. Count calories and exercise!. Try not to cheet!. good luck!

that's quite far out, you have plenty of time!. depends on what you're goal is because your in a normal range now!. I'd say don't worry about the number, because afterall you can look amazing at the same weight if you cut fat and replace with lean muscle!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

im sick of ppl saying they need to lose their butt especially teenagers it a good thing well at least if ur black or spanish!.
but if u really want to lose weight cut back on calories and burn 500 more cals than u eat a day and youll lose 1 lb each week
