?Best workout / diet program you know of for a 29 year old guy to loose about 50 lbs of weight?

Hello all!
I am a 29 year old guy that needs to loose about 50 lbs. I had good, lasting results a few years ago with BodyForLife, but since then, lots of workout / diet plans have come out.

What do you know to be the best plan now? I don't want just a fad diet. I want something that incorporates a good daily excercise and weight program with a sensible (not atkins) diet plan.

no fried anything ! sorry ...and watch your portion sizes thats the most important part.. A good work out that you do for at least 15 minutes a day everyday.. I lost 110 lbs 19 years ago just by doing this. And have maintained it over all this time. It's not so much what you eat ...it is HOW much you eat.
