Is This Cereal Healthy!

Question: Is This Cereal Healthy
Hey, is Quaker Oatmeal Reduced Sugar a healthy cereal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
o!.o well its reduced sugar, and oatmeal is always good for you!. so yes it is ^^Www@Answer-Health@Com

oatmeal is probably the best breakfast you can have!.

but if anything says light, reduced fat, or reduced sugar then the manufacturers probably have put in chemicals so it tastes the same that can be harsh to your body!.

so continue to eat oatmeal just get plain oatmeal and add your own flavorings to it

(I use a spoonful of brown sugar, couple shakes of cinnamon, and a little butter with a drop of vanilla!.) Www@Answer-Health@Com
